  1. About Aum Life

    We provide wellness services including yoga, meditation, healing therapies, memberships, events, and curated retreats via our Urban Ashram in Mumbai, partner venues, and online platforms.

  2. Acceptance of Terms

    By visiting our website/app, creating an account, or booking/purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms (and our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Centre Rules). If you do not agree, do not use our services. Users under 18 require parent/guardian consent.

  3. Bookings, Pricing & Payments

    All prices are in INR and may include applicable taxes unless stated. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and other Razorpay-supported methods. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment; invoices are issued electronically. We may refuse/cancel a booking (with full refund) for operational or compliance reasons.

  4. Memberships

    Membership inclusions, usage limits, pause/transfer privileges, and add‑on packages are plan‑specific and shown at purchase/in your member account. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless your plan explicitly allows. Once activated, memberships are generally non‑refundable; upgrades and renewals follow the rules displayed at purchase.

  5. Sessions, Events & Schedules

    Class/event schedules, practitioners, and venues may change; we’ll attempt to notify you. Late arrivals or no‑shows may be treated as availed. You must follow on‑site rules, safety guidance, and reasonable staff instructions.

  6. Retreats

    Retreats may require deposits and staged payments. Inclusions/exclusions are specified per retreat (e.g., stays/meals/activities vs. flights/visas/insurance/incidentals). Minimum group sizes may apply; if not met or in case of force majeure, we may reschedule or refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  7. Health & Safety (Important)

    Our services support well‑being but are not a substitute for medical care. Consult your physician before participation and disclose relevant conditions/allergies/injuries. We may decline participation if, in our judgment, it is unsafe. Personal belongings are your responsibility.

  8. Community Conduct

    We maintain a respectful, harassment‑free environment. Abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour can result in removal and/or service suspension without refund where permitted by law.

  9. Intellectual Property & Content

    All site/app content, class materials, and brand assets are owned or licensed by us. Do not copy, distribute, record, or use them without written consent. We may capture photos/videos at events/retreats; tell us at check‑in if you prefer not to appear.

  10. Privacy

    We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are processed by compliant gateways; we don’t store card/UPI PIN details. See Privacy Policy for your rights and choices.

  11. Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations, reschedules, no‑shows, refunds, and credits are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (incorporated by reference). Please review it before booking.

  12. Liability Limit

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect/special/incidental damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  13. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of laws/third‑party rights.

  14. Force Majeure

    We aren’t responsible for delays or non‑performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, government actions).

  15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  16. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms; the latest version on our website/app applies. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
