Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings for Aum Life services delivered via our Urban Ashram in Mumbai (1:1 treatments, yoga/meditation classes), workshops/events, curated retreats, and memberships.

  1. Sessions & Classes

    Free cancellation or one‑time reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time; late cancellations/no‑shows are non‑refundable. Refunds (where eligible) are issued to the original payment method.

  2. Workshops & Events

    Cancel ≥72 hours before the event for a full refund; cancel <72 hours for credit only (transferable to another person on request); no‑shows are non‑refundable.

  3. Retreats

    Deposits are non‑refundable. If you cancel after paying the balance, we’ll apply a staged outcome (refund or credit) based on the notice period communicated in the retreat brief; if Aum Life cancels or a force‑majeure event occurs, you’ll receive a full refund or date credit (your choice). Retreat formats include weekend, multi‑experience, pilgrimage, and international programs.

  4. Memberships

    Once activated, memberships are non‑refundable. Pause/transfer privileges and add‑on packages follow the rules of your plan as shown at purchase and in your member account (e.g., selected plans include pause weeks and transferable treatments; upgrades are prorated).

  5. Refund method & timeline

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; allow 5–7 business days for your bank/payment partner to credit the amount.

  6. How to cancel/request a refund

    Email or WhatsApp us with your booking ID, name, and reason before the cut‑off time. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps promptly.

  7. Notes

    Credits (where issued) are time‑bound and may be used for eligible Aum Life services; credits/gifted spots are non‑encashable.
